• These are last minute auctions, check in date is very soon after the auction close date. You’re going to save A LOT of money by booking your vacation this way, BUT, you need to make sure you are ready and able to travel. Once you have bid, you cannot back out. These are standard BidorBuy auction rules.
• Again, because of the last-minute nature of these auctions, you are required to make payment IMMEDIATELY upon auction close. We need to receipt your payment, obtain your details, and issue you with a reservation confirmation. You need to supply us with your guest details within 24 hours of auction close.
• We are not available out of standard business hours to attend to auction matters. You can reach us between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
• If you do not pay in time, and the vacation period passes by unoccupied as a result, you will be held LIABLE for the full cost of the auction. Again, standard auction rules. We’re really nice people, but we have bills to pay so please don’t mess us around.
• There are no other fees payable to the Seller, some resorts do however charge a refundable breakage deposit upon arrival. Check with the resort in question to see if this applies.
• Be AWARE of vacation rental scams, they are all extremely prevalent. Only deal with verified Sellers with great ratings, people like us :)
