- We are not available out of standard business hours to attend to auction matters. You can reach us between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
- If you do not pay in time, and the vacation period passes by unoccupied as a result, you will be held LIABLE for the full cost of the auction.
- There are no other fees payable to the Seller, some resorts do however charge a refundable breakage deposit upon arrival. Check with the resort in question.
