LX2 crystal clear optics and variable magnification from 3.5X to 10X makes this scope ideally suited to hunting in the bush from 35 metres and open plain hunting up to about 400 metres, well into the twilight hours. LX2 models have been manufactured to even tighter tolerance specifications with respect to lens and mechanical component manufacture; they produce brighter, sharper and higher contrast images than LX and P models.
