ALTHOUGH THIS RARE KITCHEN SCALE DOES NOT HAVE ITS ORIGINAL PLASTIC / METAL BOWL, IT FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY AND THE BOWL CAN EASILY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ANOTHER.

A RARE SWISS MANUFACTURED 1930's LYSSEX METRIC SCALE WITH METAL BODY AND BOWL REST TOGETHER WITH AN ALUMINUM FACE PLATE MARKED TO 22lbs (10KGS).  AT THE TOP FRONT LEFT THE SCALE HAS A METAL THUMB SCREW WHICH SETS THE NEEDLE FOR ACCURACY.   THE SCALE IS CONSIDERED PRECISION SWISS ENGINEERING

STAMPS/MARKS ETC : THE ALUMINUM FACE PLATE IS MARKED - "LYSSEX" IN THE CENTER AND - "PATENT, SWISS MADE" AT THE BOTTOM

CONDITION : BESIDES NOT HAVING ITS BOWL, THE ITEM IS IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH NO DENTS, RUST, DAMAGES ETC AND IT FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY
