If you are buying a Märklin HO item its wheels will not be insulated. Running this on a DC system without swapping wheels for insulated type will cause a short across rails.
Regarding price	Thanks to the ever depreciating value of the Rand these items are becoming harder to locate at a reasonable price. The cost to import is increasing almost daily. If you want it, buy it because next time around it may be twice the price.
