These are the latest NATO STANAG (Standardised Agreement) 5.56 30 round magazines, they are made by MAGPUL in self lubricating black polymer with a window on each side so you can see how many rounds you have left. They feature a top cover that takes the pressure off the feed lips when stored for long periods and this cover clips onto the bottom of the mag when not being used so that you don't lose it.
