All pre-owned devices purchased from Torxsa come with a standard 12 months warranty. All brand new sealed products come with a 1-Year manufacture warranty unless otherwise specified within the product description.

All  components/replacement parts come with a 3 Months warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage and power surge. The warranty will commence from the date of the original purchase. All warranties are tied to the serial number of the product.

Refund & Return Policy

Our refund period is within 7 days and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
