Flat Stanley, now known as Macstanley, are a band from South Africa. The Cape Town-based three-piece melodic acoustic rock band first took shape in the early 2000s when frontman Andrew Mac, as he puts it, braved a crowd at a friends house party and sang a few Pearl Jam and U2 covers.
