Mad (stylized as MAD) is an American humor magazine first published in 1952. It was founded by editor Harvey Kurtzman and publisher William Gaines, launched as a comic book series before it became a magazine. It was widely imitated and influential, affecting satirical media, as well as the cultural landscape of the 20th century, with editor Al Feldstein increasing readership to more than two million during its 19731974 circulation peak.

The magazine, which is the last surviving title from the EC Comics line, publishes satire on all aspects of life and popular culture, politics, entertainment, and public figures. Its format includes TV and movie parodies, and satire articles about everyday occurrences that are changed to seem humorous. Mad's mascot, Alfred E. Neuman, is usually on the cover, with his face replacing that of a celebrity or character who is being lampooned. 

As a collector of MAD Magazine when I was younger; being young and naive thought it would be a good idea to create scrapbooks from all my MAD Magazine (1998-2006), of only the comics and cartoons I enjoyed. I kept these for almost 20 years and have read them too many times to count. 

I would like to pass them along for someone else to enjoy, rather than just recycling them. I know they are only worth the enjoyment as any value I destroyed by not keeping the original magazines..... Alas, I hope this listing finds someone that can enjoy these as much as I did. 

Kindly note that these are old scrapbooks, thus not in perfect condition.  The tape is yellowing, but all pages are in good condition for its age.  No tears in any of the books, just some discoloration. 

There are in total 8 scrapbooks with 30 pages each.  Each book is covered in old covers of the magazines (front and back) and Decifix (Clear Adhesive).  So there are over 240 pages filled with jokes and laughs to keep any old MAD Magazine fan busy for hours.

Each book is the following dimensions: 35cm x 24cm x 1.5cm so they are quite big. Photos included out front pages, sides and few inside pages to show how it looks.
