A very attractive Lima bean, With white and dark red speckles on the seed coat .  As the name suggests these lima beans originate from Madagascar. Heavy yielding, great tasting, vigorously climbing perennial vine that bears for years without having to replant.  Hard to beat this bean and its a favourite to grow by many gardeners.   A good support is suggested as it can grow very tall and bears heavily. Best to use as a shelled or dry bean, it has a very delicious nutty taste and the beans have a good size. 120 -150 days
