Madumbe is a fantastic substitute for potatoes. It has more flavour and are simply just more delicious.
They do well in semi shaded areas with a lot of water so if you have an area where grey water is killing the grass, this is the super low maintenace vegetable for you.
They multiply by rhizomes so you simply plant them and soon you will see more plants forming next to them. Just give them a chance to multiply first before harvesting.
