Balloon filling tip:
1. You need a large container or maybe a kiddie pool big enough to contain the expanded balloons.

2. Fill the container halfway with water. Then submerge the balloons in water as you fill. This allows the balloons to grow but not prematurely fall off the stem due to the weight of the water. This is easier done with a water hose than attaching the balloons to the faucet.

3. Once the balloons are at a size to your liking, lift the balloons out of the water and the weight of the water in the balloon will cause them to drop off from the stems.
