He is the Dark Yellow Handkerchief, Darker Blue Skin , Light Green Handkerchief Variant, made in WEST GERMANY. He is IN FANTASTIC CONDITION !! All spots of white in the photo that have not been described are just spots of glare from the camera. A great addition to any Smurf collection !!!
