This is a magnetic lock with a holding force of 150kg and only locks in the presence of an electric pulse. By attaching this to the door frame and the armature plate to the door, a current passing through the electromagnet attracts the armature plate, holding the access control door lock shut by force. Suitable for a wide variety of applications including lightweight doors.
