Magnesium Oil

Magnesium works to regulate muscle contractions, neuromuscular signals, and calcium levels in the body. When you use a magnesium oil spray, it can help your muscles relax and contract, therefore easing the pain and eliminating cramps that may be causing other problems such as PMS and constipation.

How to Use Magnesium Oil:
For general usage spray 4-10 squirts of Magnesium Oil daily on Feet / and / or stomach before bed. It's easiest absorbed into body through feet and/or stomach.

For cramps or muscle pain after exercise spray directly on pained muscle.

For Hair Care:

Magnesium oil when applied on scalp, prevents hair fall, nourishes the hair and reduces dandruff too. Having too much calcium and low level of magnesium in the body can block the hair follicles, which results in hair loss. Improving magnesium status boosts hair growth and improves scalp health too. Magnesium oil is safe to leave on your hair and scalp without rinsing. If you do choose to rinse, be sure to leave it on for at least 30 minutes so it's absorbed.
