Magnifficent Jeanette Dykman Original (61x45cm) @ a good opening!!

An original oil painting, 61 x 45cm on stretched canvas, unframed, by the very well known artist Jeanette Dykman (1938-).   Daughter of John F Dykman, niece of Henry J Dykman, she began her studies under the guidance of her father. She paints flowers, mainly roses.

From 1970 she has participated in many group exhibitions in SA.  In 1971 she held her first of several solo exhibitions in SA House in London. The other solo exhibitions were held throughout Europe, SA and USA.

Her art-work is represented in the Municipal Collections of Springs, Randfontein, Brakpan, Krugersdorp and Newcastle; in the Museum of Modern Art in New York, in the University of the Witwaterstrand, as well as in numerous art galleries and private collections in South Afrika and overseas.

This artist's work has stood the test of time - she is a master in her field.
