I believe it is German but I cannot see any marks apart from on the face CYRON.
The case has a beautiful patina but unfortunately the clock has no glass
The clock keeps time but slows down as it the wind runs down, this is normal in old clocks.
I guess it at 1930 or later
It is pendulum driven and has the key
