A Premium SMS is an SMS that a person sends from their phone to a shortcode (eg. 41877).
The message sent contains a unique keyword to identify the campaign.
The sender is charged a fee for that message eg. R2.00 for that message.

Persons participating by sending the message will receive a confirmation SMS which can be customised. (Advanced users can even use this to query databases and return the result to the sender).

The cost for me to register for you is R20. After I have registered for you, I will email you a link to where you can login. You will then have to login, choose a keyword, then pay 'The Company' R210 for each year that you wish to use the service. This means that you only need to have around 350 people per year SMS your keyword to the shortcode, and you will make up your investment. TERMS & CONDITIONS from the Company website:
'The Company' will pay this amount over within 3 months of the SMS being recieved. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to advertise to your potential clients that messages sent to this number at the BAND rate, should you not advertise this clearly, the Networks may refuse to pay this amount. 'The Company' will then be unable to pay this to you. Before a payout can be made, at least 50 messages per network per month must be sent. A payout must be requested by submitting an invoice to 'The Company' every 3 months, the invoice must include 'The Company's' vat number and your banking details must apear clearly. Please contact our callcentre before invoicing us, so that we can confirm the amount.
All prices quoted include VAT.
Any misuse of the keyword such as misrepresnting ths cost charged, will result in the service being suspended and any fines received will be charged to the customer involved.
