DR. KENNETH ULMER's life provides a solid example of how God can develop one man s passion for the Lord into a dynamic, worldwide ministry. Dr. Ulmer plants the gospel into the heart and mind as pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood, California, which meets at the Great Western Forum, former home of the Los Angeles Lakers.
