Hardcover first published in Great Britain 1959 by Robert Hale Limited. The jacket is worn, torn and creased, and has several lengthy tape repairs on the reverse, and large pieces missing from the spine ends and edges. The brown boards with faded gilt titling are clean and square, with sunning to the spine corresponding to the missing piece of the jacket. The pages are clean and unmarked.
