This is the exact coin you will receive, gold plated Mandela Inauguration R5 gold plated. 

Sent this to NGC , they sent them back UNGRADED, as it is illegal to alter legal tender,  

But SANGS had no issue with grading these.  I am sure they will NOT grade them again, should they get weird coin like this. 

VERY VERY VERY SCARES to find.
