These are the exact coins you will receive, gold plated Mandela R5 smileys, 

Sent these to NGC , they sent them back UNGRADED, as it is illegal to alter legal tender,  

But SANGS had no issue with grading these.  I am sure they will NOT grade them again, should they get weird coins like this. 

VERY VERY VERY SCARES to find.
