Antjie Krog & Diek Grobler

Vir ouderdome 8-88 jaar. 'n Keur van net meer as dertig nuwe, sowel as voorheen gepubliseerde verse deur wereldbekende digter en skrywer Antjie Krog. Mankepank en ander monsters het oorspronklik in 1985 verskyn (met illustrasies deur Hannetjie de Clercq).

Al 21 gedigte is weer hier opgeneem, tesame met 'n aantal voorheen ongepubliseerde verse. Hier is feetjies, monsters, spoke, en 'n reus; vreemde omies, Antjie Somers en die tokkelos.

In Diek Grobler se illustrasies is daar 'n wisselende mate van realisme en fantasie, soos wat elke gedig dit vereis. Diek Grobler en vennoot Charles Badenhorst se animasiereeks "Uit die Bloute" word sedert 2010 op kykNET gesien.

Hulle werk is plaaslik bekroon met 'n SAFTA en in die buiteland by die beroemde KROK Internasionale Animasie Fees.
