Payment may be made through Bobpay, EFT or Cash ONLY

 Goods must be paid for within 4 days of the auction closing or we reserve the right to re-list.

Once full payment has been received the item/s will be shipped the next working day.

A tracking number will obtained for every parcel to enable the buyer to trace the parcel.Please ensure you are aware of all information offered regarding the condition of USED products. We will NOT issue any refund applicable to defects or specifications on any USED products, as we will expect all buyers to have read and clarified all information provided by us with relation to said product and should have considered these aspects prior to purchase.

Where applicable, all returns must be notified within 7 days of purchase

We will allow collections, once cleared funds are received by our bankers.

We will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control. However we will endeavour to help in any way possible.
