It has an ergonomic grip with ring for a solid anti-slip grip and a groove on the back to position the index determines a greater control of the knife, easy to grip, always ready to use and equipped with blade lock at the opening to work safely clip of metal hooking to the belt. It can be challenged in two ways:
Positive grip occurs when the Karambit is gripped by inserting the little finger into the ring;
Traditional grip on the other hand is when the Karambit is gripped by inserting the index into the ring.
This particular knife originates in Southeast Asia and its characteristic is the crescent shape and a ring at the base of the handle; in fact the shape of the Karambit was born trying to reproduce the claw of the tiger animal always feared and respected and was above all a battle weapon. In peacetime it was relegated to a purely use of work in the fields or in the wood carving.
