In a sound collectable condition.

There are small moisture stains noticeable on the first 8 pages and then again at the very end of the book. Book cover is covered with an outer plastic and paper cover. Appears to be complete and no notes were found, light discolouration to pages. Contains numerous fold-out pages with clean text pages. Back of fly page back written in pencil is a person name and address.

Book weighs approx 500 g.
