This Sputnik Pressure Washing Machine MKII is a real boon when one has something small to wash, when camping or caravanning you won't have to worry about hand washing any longer and it is manual. Also ideal for the small daily loads around at home that are normally washed by hand (e.g nappies and delicates).There's no electricity so it's perfect for loadshedding and you can also rinse the washing in it.

Mounted on a square frame made out of round tube. The rounded plastic container has a twist on/off lid and a hand cranked handle, weighs approx 1,8 kg. Portable, compact ( fits easily into a cupboard), uses 90% less water and soap, washes fast. Extremely convenient, needs very little maintenance and can be used anywhere.

CONDITION: Pre-owned in good working condition. There are some scratches and slight discolouration and light corrosion to steel frame.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

When you put hot water into the drum of the Washing Machine, you close the lid and screw in the knob. The lid has a rubber seal which prevents water from escaping the washing machine. The air inside the drum will absorb the heat of the water and expand. When the air expands it creates pressure inside the washing machine drum. The pressure forces the detergent into & through the fabric about 100 times faster than you could by hand or machine. A 0.5 kg lightly soiled load normally uses about 1,5 l water and about half a teaspoon of washing powder and about a minute of turning. Maximum capacity is about 2 kg depending on fabric.
