Marble and silver tone candle sticks known J. Hardy & Co Aberdeen

very unusual. they have a heavy brass? base with marble columns. the engraved sleeves look like they are silver plated. it almost looks like the engraved sleeves and the candle holder are silver an the base is a silvery/ goldish color  835 grams each
