This superbly located comfortable two bed modern ground floor apartment with patio offers the perfect family get away just south of the hustle and bustle of the popular coastal resort town of Margate. The complex overlooks a secluded bay approximately 1klm south of the Margate main Blue Flag beach and is a short walking distance away from the fishing pier. With just a tranquil coastal road to cross directly in front of the complex, it iÂÂs an easy access to the beach.
This self-catering unit undoubtedly offers memorable holidays at affordable rates, so come and Unwind, Relax & have lots of fun! The unit, offering 50 degree sea views with occasional dolphin and whale sightings.
It consist of a main bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two Single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. (Unit sleeps up to 6 guests, ideal accommodation for a family of maximum 4 adults and 2 kids). The bathroom has bath and overhead shower facilities. All linen is provided. No towels will be provided. A admin charge of R200 applies to all bookings as well as a refundable breakage deposit. The flat has a TV and all guests need to bring their DStv decoder and their card. The apartment is within a fully secure complex and includes one undercover parking. The complex has a swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue areas and Laundromat facilities.
