unlike some celebrities (that i won't mention!), i cannot eat whatever i like and stay cat walk model thin. just like you, if i over eat and don't exercise, guess what? i pile on the pounds too. i've never been a big fan of gyms so i've been on a constant look out for a workout that would help me keep fit, lose weight and tone up... but it had to be fun! -i'm over the moon to say i've finally found something that works for me and it would work for you too! my choreographer and i have devised an exhausting, spiritually uplifting and exhilarating dancebody workout which is not only effective, it's fun to do as well. i hope you guys stick with it because believe me if you do this just 3 times a week and follow our nutritional advice you will look and feel amazing!
