Another cute little model of the Type1 Volkswagen. We are still in early wheels territory but we have windows and we have a neat little opening engine cover with some detail below.

The Volkswagen (25b) was released in 1960 and was in the range up until 1964. It is always found in metallic silver-blue, the main variations being in wheel type and window colour. It is found with clear or green windows, the wheels are grey plastic smooth or knobbly tread, silver or smooth black.

All versions are sought after and well priced, the real rarity is the one with black wheels, which is very valuable indeed.
