Matchbox Lesney 5C  ROUTEMASTER BUS

There are no seats inside, and no windows. There are two versions of the Routemaster, the first was 5c which had no seats, this one, and the later 5d which had seats. The early ones are 66mm in length and the later ones are 70mm.

The ones to look out for are Baron of Beef graphics, Pegram Shopfitters or News of the World. Any of these could be quite valuable.

There were four London double-deckers at Number 5. The first two, 5a and 5b are the old Leyland Titans while 5c and 5d are the Routemaster. 5c was made from 1960 to 1965 and 5d was made from 1965 to 1969
