| Providence | I am selling a number of vintage die cast items. I can vouch for the authenticity and age of these…. During the early 1970's, when the South African Rand still had value my mother and grandmother had a practice of buying the odd die cast and putting it aside, for future one off treats, emergency presents and the likes. They were also pretty savvy with money and knew that the price of imported toys would only rise, so it was a bit of "spend now, save later" strategy. Long story short my mother now in her seventies recently handed me a box of old die casts to sell. Due to their age they have become almost "far to good for children". But that is great news for the collector! Items are as pictured, genuine packaging (where applicable), and non restored in any way. |
