All the capacitors were replaced.

100% working.

While these were a pretty bad 3D gaming cards the 230Mhz RAMDAC* on these is really good, making it one 

of the best 2D cards for clarity, especialy on CRT monitors.

*RAMDAC is a Digital to Analog converter, VGA uses an analog signal.
