We use a convenient and fast Door to Door Courier Service, you do not need to collect your Item at the Post Office with us.

Standard Delivery Times for Courier are 1-2 Days.

We also offer local pick up Options in Johannesburg and Cape Town, where you can pay for and collect the Watch on the Spot.

Warranty:

We offer a 1 Year Warranty on this watch. The Warranty excludes the Watch Case, Glass and Wristband and any accidental Damage or Damage due to Abuse.

Any warranty claim must be raised with us directly. As official JARAGAR Distributor in South Africa we reserve the right to refuse warranty claims at our sole discretion.

Important: This watch is waterresistant but not waterproof, our warranty does not cover water damage.

Returns:

We accept Returns for Refund of this Watch within 10 Days after Delivery to you.

The watch must be returned in original and unused conditon together with all items that came with it, i.e. the watch box.

You must provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.

The cost of the return shipment must be bourne by the buyer.
