Clear Screen Protectors are the most common type, and are basically invisible o top of your screen, however they are still susceptible to glare (like the normal screen view). Matte screen protectors provide significant less glare, and also are less prone to fingerprints, however, they very slightly reduce the brightness (and feel slightly less smooth under your finger). Finally, Mirror-finish screen protectors are similar to clear ones except they offer a privacy feature, i.e. the screen can only be seen when viewing it directly (reduced viewing angle).
