About 90s Superboy:

After Superman's death at the hands of Doomsday, Project Cadmus sought to create a clone to replace him. Lacking Supermans DNA, Cadmus scientists genetically altered a human clone to closely mimic Kryptonian abilities, resulting in a successful clone known as Experiment 13.

Developed with a bio-electric aura translated into a telekinetic field, the clone could simulate Superman's powers like flight, invulnerability, and strengthtermed "tactile telekinesis." Although intended to match Superman's age, the clone emerged prematurely as a teenager. Initially calling himself "Superman," he later adopted the name Superboy.

Superboy, with his implanted memories and rapid growth from a single cell to a teenage boy in just a week, embodies the 90s era of DC Comics with his youthful energy and distinctive style.
