Rifle rest bag intended for the stock-end of the rifle. It is filled up as illusatrated, w/ small plastic pellets - the very same used for blow moulding manufacture.
However, because this rifle has a frontal notch, you can use this as an elevated rifle rest for the frontal end of the stock. Nice if you don't like being prone too flat behind the rifle, though you'll need to rely more on your elbows to support your figure / raise your chest to get your eye relief in terms of elevation, correct.
The material on this bag is a tough nylon that will be hesitant to scratch or tear, although of course, doesn't feature the same sort of durability that canvas sports. The camouflage pattern is a nice pink colour, specifically for our female shooters out there looking for a rear rifle rest.
For the longevity of this bag, please don't seat it on a course surface, but instead, a bisley matt, table or otherwise, a smooth concrete surface.
In conjunction with this, you'll need to use a front stock rest bag as well, to have a level resting position for the rifle,
For machine washing of the bag - you'll need to decanter all the pellets first. Afterwards, you can refill the bag.
The bag is very slighty mouldable - so for minute elevation adjustment of the stock, you can squish the bag up a little bit in the cleft, should that be needed.
