Overview: The MAX6675 is a complex monolithic thermocouple-to-digital converter with internal signal conditioning amplifier, 12-bit analog / digital thermocouple converter, cold-junction compensation sensing and correction, digital controller, 1 SPI-compatible interface, and 1 Related logic controls. -The MAX6675 has a signal conditioning amplifier that converts the thermocouple signal into a voltage compatible with the ADC input channel. The T and T- input terminals are connected to the low-noise amplifier A1 to ensure the accuracy of the detection input. At the same time, the thermocouple connection wire and interference Source isolation. The thermoelectric potential output by the thermocouple is amplified by the low-noise amplifier A1, and then buffered by the A2 voltage follower, and then sent to the input of the ADC. Before the temperature voltage value is converted into an equivalent temperature value, the cold junction temperature of the thermocouple needs to be compensated. The cold junction temperature is the difference between the temperature around the MAX6675 and the actual reference value of 0 ᆪ C. The function of the thermocouple is to detect the temperature difference between the hot and cold ends. The temperature of the thermocouple hot node can be changed in the range of 0 a -1023.75 a. The cold junction is the temperature around the circuit board on which the MAX6675 is installed, and the temperature varies between 20 ᆪ C and 85 ᆪ C. When the cold junction temperature fluctuates, the MAX6675 can still accurately detect temperature changes on the hot junction. The MAX6675 detects and corrects ambient temperature changes through cold junction compensation. This device can convert the ambient temperature into a temperature-compensated voltage through an internal temperature-sensing diode. The output measures the voltage. The device`s internal circuitry sends the diode voltage and thermocouple voltage to the ADC.
