How to take it:
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily 20/30 minutes before each meal with a full glass of water. You can take 2 capsules before each meal if necessary. Continue to take regularly for maximum results. It is essential to drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day.

Recommended meal plan:
2 Meal Replacement Shakes - breakfast & lunch
2 Healthy snacks - 10am & 3pm - fruit i.e. plums are excellent
1 Nutritious balanced meal - dinner - meat/fish/chicken with vegetable/salad
BUT no carbohydrates with dinner (NO bread, rice, potatoes, pasta etc)

Swopping your main meal to lunch time and having a meal replacement shake for dinner should result in even faster weight loss. Drinking lots of water throughout the day and taking MaxiBurn with a full glass of water 30 mins before each meal will assist in reducing your appetite & hunger as you will "feel full".
