Product OverviewThe MAX13235EETP+ is a ±15KV ESD protected, 3Mbps, RS232 transceiver with lowvoltage interface in 20 pin TQFN package. This 2x2 RS232 and V.28/V.24transceiver with high speed data rate of 3Mbps operates from either a 3.3V or 5Vsupply. It has an AutoShutdown Plus feature that achieves 1µA shutdown currentand reduces power consumption.
