Oscillator, Low Jitter, Pre-programmed, 70 MHz, 2.7 V to 5.5 V Supply, SOT-23-6Product OverviewThe MAX2605EUT+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a 45MHz to 70MHz, integratedintermediate frequency (IF) voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) withdifferential output in 6 pin SOT-23 package. It is designed specifically fordemanding portable wireless communication systems. This compact, highperformance IF VCO combines monolithic construction with low noise and low poweroperation in tiny SOT-23 package. It has an on-chip varactor and feedbackcapacitors that eliminate the need for external tuning elements making theMAX2605 ideal for portable systems. Only an external inductor is required to setoscillation frequency. In addition, an integrated differential output buffer isprovided for driving mixer or prescaler. It also provides isolation from loadimpedance variations.
