Product OverviewThe MAX3183EEUK+T is a ±15KV ESD protected, 0.5µA, +3V to +5.5V, 1.5Mbps RS232receiver in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It is designed for space and cost constrainedapplications requiring minimal RS232 communications. The receiver inputs areprotected to ±15KV using IEC 1000-4-2 air gap discharge, to ±8KV using IEC1000-4-2 contact discharge and to ±15KV per the human body model ensuringcompliance with international standards.
