Product OverviewThe MAX7300ATL+ is a 28 port I/O expander in 40 pin TQFN package. This compact,2-wire serial interfaced, I/O expansion peripheral provides microprocessors with28 ports. Each port is individually user configurable to either a logic input orlogic output. The device ports can be configured as either a push-pull logicoutput capable of sinking 10mA and sourcing 4.5mA or a schmitt logic input withoptional internal pull-up. Seven ports feature configurable transition detectionlogic which generates an interrupt upon change of port logic level.
