Product OverviewThe MAX9174EUB+ is a 670MHz LVDS to LVDS and anything to LVDS 1:2 splitter in 10pin µMAX package. This low jitter, low skew 1:2 splitter is ideal for protectionswitching, loopback and clock and signal distribution. Device features ultra low1.0ps(RMS) random jitter (max) that ensures reliable operation in high speedlinks that are highly sensitive to timing errors. It has a fail-safe LVDS inputand LVDS outputs. The fail-safe circuit drives outputs high when input is open,undriven and shorted or undriven and terminated. The power-down inputs arecompatible with standard LVTTL/LVCMOS logic. The power-down inputs tolerateundershoot of -1V and overshoot of VCC + 1V.
