Temperature Sensor IC, System Monitor, Digital, ± 2°C, -40 °C, 125 °C, µMAX, 10PinsProduct OverviewThe MAX6652AUB+ is a temperature sensor and system monitor in 10 pin µMAXpackage. This system supervisor monitors multiple power supply voltages,including its own and also features an on-board temperature sensor. Voltage &temperature are converted to an 8bit code using an analogue to digital converter(ADC). A multiplexer automatically sequences through voltage & temperaturemeasurements. Digitized signals are then stored in registers and compared toover/under threshold limits programmed over 2-wire serial interface. 3 interruptmodes are available for temperature excursions, default mode, one-time interruptmode and comparator mode. IC generates a latched interrupt output ALERT(complementary).
