The Mayor Maldwyn Edmund award medal for exhibitors at the 1936 South African Salon of Photography that was held in Johannesburg, South Africa. 1936 was also the 50th anniversary of the founding of Johannesburg, S.A. Maldwyn Edmund was mayor of Johannesburg in 1936 & 1937. This medal is bronze, it is 50mm in diameter and 5mm thick.
