This is a traditional style carving tray, made from solid stainless steel.
There are eight integral spikes to hold your meat and poultry securely as you carve.
The tray is also raised along the spikes with a recess to allow the juices to drain and the elevated lipped edge prevents the juices from the meat from spilling and also makes it easier for carrying.
Easy to clean but watch the spikes, they are sharp.
