Meat Rub

Drawing from my background and extensive travels, I created a unique range of herb and spice meat rubs bringing you to taste sensations from around the globe. We use only the best quality non-GMO herbs in our products and our herbs are dried naturally, so are non-Irradiated and there are no preservatives.

Rubs are usually coarser than seasonings and are applied much more liberally. For best results, brush the meat or vegetables with cooking oil before adding the rub and spread the rub on a clean plate and place the meat / vegetables on the plate. Leave for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Original recipe, ingredients include Sage, Oregano, Savory, Coriander, Rosemary, Majoram, Garlic, and Thyme.

Great course herb and spice mix suited to anything from roast meats and vegetables, to braais and grills.
