MECCANO SET DATED TO MID 1950'S

A well used set consisting of either No 6 or No 10 green and red pieces.

All the angle and flat girders are straight with a bit of rust showing where paint been scratched off.

Look carefully at photos to get a clear picture of condition of all pieces. 

It was bought in the 50's and has been in the same family ever since. All the green and red parts are the correct matching colours. Some of the red flexible plates have creases. 

The brass parts are clean and bright and gears are clean and in good condition. The rubber on the wheels is perished. 

All parts are stored in trays as displayed in photo. The original personal designed box however has not got a bottom.Can be restored and will form part of the sale. I have no manuals. There are also two clockwork motors with keys in the kit.
